High CPU usage with bind10-devel-20100917

It's a bug we already know it exists, I'm investigating where exactly this
happens. If I put it short, there happen to be a loop that checks there's
nothing to do all the time, which leads to the fact that it eats all available
CPU, but continues to work otherwise.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the bug was cunning enough to slip trough our
testing. I'll let you know when it is fixed.
