Order of include file directories?

Yes, that is what I was saying.  Sorry I was not more clear.  I still had
the BINDINC assignment in the linux 2.2 section of my Makefile.conf.  A cvs
diff revealed that for some reason it was in my copy but not the tree, so
once I removed it, blammo, everything worked!
