I've updated that page now, it contains a new patch. If you want it in raw

That new patch also contains the patches from the other two emails I wrote
a few minutes ago.
This time, it is diffed against 3.0.1 instead of 3.0pl2.

I hope that this code could (with some changes which I am willing to make)
become part of the official dhcpd (barring license problems with the
libpcap code into which I only briefly investigated), as I will be unable
to work with any hp-ux machines after September.
