Modifying DHCP server to use database backend

Are there any DHCP servers available that will support over 60,000 subnets?  
I've looked on Google but I haven't had much luck coming up with a list of 
servers out there, other than ISC DHCPD, Lucent QIP and the DHCP server that 
comes with Windows Server.
