DHCP Server/Client with Authentication

Hello,

I'm new to these lists. I'm studying at the University of Bristol.
For my master theses I will need a DHCP server and client with the
authentication option, as defined in RFC3118.
Unfortunately, this hasn't been implemented into the ISC DHCP package
yet.

Are there any other DHCP Server/Client packages available, with an
implemented authentication option?
Did someone ever tried to implement it?
