this is pretty clearly a new feature, replying to giaddr is not a bug.

the current beta (3.0.3) is a maintenance release...your patch will have
to be queued for the next feature release.

send the patch and a short synopsis (just the url to marc is fine prolly)
to dhcp-suggest at isc.org, our ticketing system, and it won't be forgotten.
