dhcp v3 option slp-service-scope slp-directory-agent

I have been using false instead of true. Other than that, the syntax is
fine. I have been doing DHCP/SLP for a couple years now. A suggestion
that I would have is to examine on the dhcp server. There is a nice
little utility that will decode a tcpdump trace for dhcp called dhcpdump

An example from my linux workstation (dhclient with no novell slp):
/usr/sbin/tcpdump -i eth1 -lenx -X -s1500 port 68 or port 69 |
/usr/local/bin/dhcpdump

tcpdump: verbose output suppressed, use -v or -vv for full protocol decode
listening on eth1, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 1500 bytes
TCPdump 3.8.x output
