relay agent /client: DHCP Offer broadcast/unicast !?

Hi,

I have DHCP relay agent 3.0.4/running on Linux.

I see that client has unicast flag (0) - not set.
1) how do I set the client for unicast flag ?
2) how does dhcp relay handle this ?
