log function available targets

I am looking to reduce the noise in my logs to just the entries
created by a log( info, ... ) entry.

I would think that the most obvious way to do this is to elevate the
log
level from info to notice and adjust syslog.

but it seems that info is the only log() function option right now.

does anyone know the secret value to use?
