I'm not sure what the "nistag" option is. Google only has a few hits for it.
one I'm guessing you mean is the one from the Juniper help pages:
"nistag (Type string) Defines the identifying tag used by the AppleR NetInfo
database. To specify Nistag, use option code 113."
If this is what you mean, the option is defined in DHCP 3.1.0, now in alpha,
netinfo-server-tag. From the dhcp-options man page:
option netinfo-server-tag text;
The netinfo-server-tag option has not been described in any RFC,
has been allocated (and is claimed to be in use) by Apple
