Support for DHCPV6 and CCC options for PacketCable 1.x Devices

Francis,

I am and have been actively involved in the work you allude to, at this
point I am primarily interested in transmitting the CCC options to the eCM
over DHCPv6.

If you wish I can have an offline discussion with you to discuss this topic
further.
