It works, and it's not much worse than class statements.  It's a
good alternative.

Right now class statements are searched linearly, so it's just like
having an if/elseif chain, except that the linear search of classes
is all done in machine language, whereas dhcpd.conf if/else has to be

At some point if we sort or arrange class statements in a different
structure, there's some hope for improvement (but we'd probably change
or create new syntax to do it for reverse compatibility).
