DHCP Option 125

Hi,

I use DHCP option 125 for discovery of managed devices in TR-111.

option my-option-128 code 128 = string;

option my-option-128
7d:23:00:00:0d:e9:1e:1:b:49:49:49:38:32:30:36:32:33:2:6:38:32:30:36:32:33:3:
3:41:44:56;

The device sends its Vendor-Specific Option-Data to gateway. The Gateway
response a DHCP message contains the Gateway Identity.

But how can I know that it fails or succeeds and how to get the Gateway
Identify???
