Need help setting up dhcp server

What do the logs say? Please provide more infos.

192.168.57.0 is a net address and 192.168.57.255 is a broadcast address 
and should never be used for host addressing.

the host fingers.com lies in the dynamic range, although the ip address 
is illegal.
