Does dhcpd3.1.3 ever behave differently in 172.16/12 Space?

For the record, I'm using two private 172 blocks on my DHCP
(3.0.4-13+etch2) server with no issues.  One is 172.26.0.0/20, and the
other is 172.16.32.0/20 .

Both are directly connected (using VLAN interfaces) rather than
relays, but more information never hurts :)
