You can also use the enter or exit hooks (/etc/dhclient-exit-hooks)
for system-local triggers like these.  These shouldn't be updated by
OS package update maintenance, so they may be preferable.

The ultimate goal is for a 'dhclient' on an upstream interface to
configure downstream interfaces, and also configure downward facing
DHCP servers or relays.  We obviously weren't able to do anything that
complex in the first run, so for now manual scripting is required.
