ISC DHCP 4.2.3rc1 is now available

Hello,

What can be the reason that vendor-specific options are not sent for DHCPv6?

Still need to patch server/dhcpv6.c according
https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/dhcp-users/2010-October/012088.html.
