On expiry or release PTR and TXT records are not removed from DNS.

Does anyone know why the PTR and TXT records that are added to the dns by dhcpd when it's configured to do DDNS are not removed on release or expiry from the dns?
Only the forward A records are removed.

In my opinion, all the records that are added by dhcpd should be removed on release or expiry.

I have been searching for a solution but found nothing useful so far.

I hope someone is able to help me with this.
