Does Windows have an IPv6 DHCP server ? If so, then I'd be tempted to 
fire one of those up and see what options it provides. I've lost 
count of the times I've come across stuff where the vendors idea of 
"any OS" == "several modern versions of Windows" and "DHCP server" == 
"Windows DHCP Server".

Other than that, have you tried asking the vendor(s) ?
