DHCP web editing tools, DOS counter measures, and Load testing

We are in the process of upgrading to the newest ISC DHCP code 4.2.5, and we were wondering if anyone else has been working on or have found tools for:

1) Web editing of configuration
2) Denial of service counter measures
3) Dhcpd load testing

Any help would be great,
