ddns updates when using failover?

Is 129.64.102.100 part of a pool or is it a host declaration for
a6:b2:b0:77:ed:ff? If it's a host declaration then both DHCP servers
will attempt to update DNS as both DHCP servers will offer out the
static lease to the client.
