OT: spammer bot replying to list messages

Apologies for the off-topic post.  I emailed the admins and they haven't replied.

Has anyone else started receiving spam within minutes of posting to this list, with the subject line matching the message you replied to?  I've now gotten 7 or 8 such spam replies from the same person/place after my one message to the list on the 4th.  The owner of the IP where the spam is coming from is refusing to do anything to stop it so far.
