inew, and spooled articles

Hi,
I've got one problem and a bug with inews :
PROBLEM:
I have three installed INN. inews works Ok on one, and not and the two
others. When trying to post the same message stored in the file test,
like this :
inews -h test
I get errors on two installations :
Warning Can't connect to server -- Article will be spooled.
It seem to me that this is a problem due to an installation in another
directory than the standard one (I've posted my problem in the
news.software.nntp newsgroups, and the answer I've got there didn't show
me a solution (but I may be wrong here).
From the info I have (not much, I guess), inews doesn't seem to find
the local socket ... So it may look into a wrong directory.
BUG :
When I get this message, the article is actually spooled. The trouble
is that, when trying to send this message :
---------------------
From: egauthie at capgemini.fr
Newsgroups: control
Subject: newgroup toto.e
Control: newgroup toto.e
Approved: true
Organization: Cap gemini
Lines: 2
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Executing 'newgroup toto.e'
Article created by the web administration tool for the newsgroups
---------------------
It actually spool this :
---------------------
Path: penguin!not-for-mail
From: egauthie at capgemini.fr
Newsgroups: control
Subject: newgroup toto.e
Control: newgroup toto.e
Date: 12 Nov 1999 18:32:46 +0100

---------------------
Thus it add a Sender line. If the original message already contains a
Sender line, it will also modify it (and change the mail address). But
then, CONTROL MESSAGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED when posting this spooled
message using 'rnews -U'.
If I manually remove the 'Sender' line in the spooled file, then the
control message is accepted after I call 'rnews -U'.
