Coordinator of the sfnet groups

I have used my personal account hmj at cs.tut.fi to send sfnet control
messages.  Since I'd like to have other coordinators to work with me,
I've opened a new account sfnet at cs.tut.fi, which I use to send control
messages for this on. (I continue send dublicates from my personal account
as well for a while.)
 
Please, change control.ctl of INN software to contain sfnet@*.cs.tut.fi
instead of hmj@*.cs.tut.fi.
