imapfeed patches

Attached are patches to imapfeed in the latest snapshot (6/27) which
implement two things:

- Port imapfeed to use SASLv2.  We're trying to move as many apps
towards SASLv2, and since this is dev code, it shouldn't affect to many
people.

- Add two new options: deliver_rcpt_to and deliver_to_header which are
printf-style format strings for creating the envelope recipient address
and adding an optional To: header to the article (for easy replies).
