ctlinnd reload all reason kills innd

Yes, I still get one of

    Mar  1 19:31:02 marduk innd: SERVER can't close history
    /usr/local/news/db/history: Interrupted system call

or

    Mar  1 19:49:16 marduk innd: SERVER can't close history
    /usr/local/news/db/history: No such file or directory

on shutdown in CURRENT.  I can't explain it.
