Nathan believes that this is triggerred by IPv6 systems that support
double binding (are you running USAGI?).  We're investigating.

(It should be fine with --disable-ipv6, but of course that doesn't help
you.)

If everything else appears to work, I suppose we could just get syslog to
calm down in the meantime and you would be ok.
