inn-2.3.2 and GROUP

Hello,

I have implemented a news reader/writer for an web browser.
Locally, I use 'inn-2.3.2'. Attached are two log files which
document a problem.

When I call 'news://localhost/*', I see a list of four news
groups. When I click on 'comp.os.linux.announce', I get the
contents of this list.

1. When I go back to the previous page to get the list of
groups, INN tells me that 'GROUP' is not implemented.

2. When I go back to the previous page to get the list of
groups, INN shows me that list.

The two steps are not done one after the other but by two
different sessions.

The difference between 1. and 2. is: step 1 is done via the
menubar, step 2 is done via a popup menu. Both steps call
the same command sequence. The result is different.

Why?

When during the same session step 1 shows the failure and I
go forward to get the contents of 'comp.os.linux.announce',
I get the contents of this list. When I now try to go back
via the popup menu, I succeed.

Why?

Does INN love popup menues? Does INN hate menubars?
