GNU m4 is required for running bison since bison-1.49c

Configure from the bison source distribution will check for m4, but there's
no check when installing the prebuilt solaris package from sunfreeware.com.

Huh, that's rather odd. I wouldn't have expected them to be related.

Yeah, that's fine. The one from yacc would likely work; the grammar isn't
particularly complex.
