New description:

 INN implements a wider syntax for wildmats (with "![" and "]" for
 instance) than what is specified in RFC 3977.  It is worth documenting it.
 Maybe in an Informational Internet-Draft (and it could be advertised for
 instance as EXTENDED-WILDMAT with a version number, as a new capability).

 Ranges like "-12" and "-" are also recognized in order to be more
 symmetric with the already defined "12-".
