Creating Xref record would need some trick.  Newsgroup name
can be got from Newsgroups header.  But article number cannot
be from article.  There needs an interface to ask storage
manager the article number.  I'll try to fix this also.
But I cannot help crossposted articles which do not have
Xref header ;<
