INN Config help

When I run inncheck I get this warning: 

/usr/local/news/etc/newsfeeds:0: warning you accept all incoming article
distributions

The news server I am getting news from is sending everything, I want to only
get articles from scnc.*   I've read the man pages and anything else that I can
get my hands on.  Is this the correct configuration that I need to exclude all
newsgroups except the scnc newsgroups?  

This is what I have in my newsfeeds file:
