Newbie Help Pls..

Hi,
  I have just taken over as Unix Admin in a place where there is a
RHLinux6.0 server that's running news services. When a mail is net to a
newsgroup it gives the following err msg. Please help me in solving this
problem as I'm new to this area. The version of inn is 
inn-STABLE_2_2-1999-08-23_03-02
