2.3 Beta and Berkley DB

Yeah, any of the >3.0 releases of BerkeleyDB haven't worked for me. I use
tradindexed, and it seems to be just fine, performance issues aside.
buffindexed never worked quite right for me, but I didn't mess with it a
lot.
