 You forgot the !innfeed at the end. You want something like that :

# innfeed funnel master.
innfeed!\
       :!*\
       :Tc,Wnm*:/var/forum/inn-2.3/bin/startinnfeed

slave:*:Tm:innfeed!

 Does it have the nnrpdposthost: well positionned ? Else it won't be
able to post anything.
