New web page

hey,

I have put up some new web pages with information on ovdb, plus
some HP/UX documentation, at  http://www.avalon.net/~hakehoe/inn/

Since there are currently three versions of BerkeleyDB available
from www.sleepycat.com (plus countless older versions floating
around), I'm tracking which versions work on which Operating System,
on http://www.avalon.net/~hakehoe/inn/matrix.html .  If anyone
here is using or has tried ovdb in a configuration not already
listed, please mail me and I'll add your info to the page.
