I know there is a patch for 2.1 but I don't think it has been updated
to newer releases.
I plan to add complete IPv6 support to INN in august, I will post an
announce here when I'll start working on it.

A simple configure test is not enough, the gziped 2.1 patch is big about
20 KB.
