You've gotten a message ID that's over 500 characters or so.  Some remote
servers return 500 errors for those.  This is fixed (by enforcing a
maximum length on the message IDs that INN is willing to accept) in
current STABLE snapshots, so upgrading should fix the problem for any
future articles.
