OK one last point I need to clarify on this transit server.

I still see some expiration going on in the news.daily report

Renumbering active file.
Expire messages:
expire begin Fri Sep  1 03:17:24 PDT 2000: (-v1)
     Article lines processed  1160891
     Articles retained         140515
     Entries expired          1020376
     Old entries dropped            0
     Old entries retained     3385455
expire end Fri Sep  1 03:19:39 PDT 2000
	all done Fri Sep  1 03:19:39 PDT 2000

I assume this is normal history expiration that still needs to happen 
despite running cnfs and no overviews? Am I correct, or is there a 
way to stop this also.
