expireover problems with ovdb?

Second that lock up....

FWIW, switching to inn-STABLE(BLAH)14, and compiling
at -O4, on DEC-UX, seems to have caused the code to 
repent from that behavior ..... (Not lock up)

(BLAH)13 -O2, exhibited that lockup behavior.

Not sure why.......Perhaps, pure (bad) luck.

Just Data, not sure if its useful or not.
