No, there's no reason to restart innfeed. As soon as INN has reread
the sites entry, it applies the sites group filterlist to what is fed
to the innfeed funnel and it will just work. Well it used to ;)
The From: and Reply-To: addresses are internal news2mail gateway addresses.
