Yeah, I'm not sure there's a need for a subdirectory on that one....

Actually, I don't think they are any more, or at least there's a fallback
if rename doesn't work. I think Katsuhiro changed that a while back (and
since this is for INN 2.4.0, one doesn't have to worry about the older
version).
