dbz will never be extended unless expire runs.  This means adding
new entry into history takes much time.  That case happens you've
got over 750,000 arts(500,000 for tagged hash).  I believe news.daily
with 'lowmark' could be ok, if your expire.ctl has only
'*:A:never:never:never' line.
