newsfeeds

i want inn to create a outgoing list so that suck can use it to do rpost

i've read newsfeeds but can hardly understand
any way, i tried this

news.cn99.com\
       :!junk,!control*/!foo\
       :Tf,Wnm:

after i restart inn, a file named "news.cn99.com" was created within
/var/spool/news/outgoing/

then i tried to post to different news groups ( some are local groups, and
some are sucked from "news.cn99.com"), but this file is always empty !

it does not record any thing, any idea ?
