nnrpd's Argify() and passwords with spaces

Spaces in parameter fields, such as passwords in the AUTHINFO command,
are an issue deserving further consideration.

On the other hand, following fairly-standard internet plaintext protocols
and handling backslash-escapes, quoted strings, and such might well be
worth trying to see if it breaks anything. My guess would be that it
wouldn't violate the principle of least astonishment to do what most
of us would expect it to do in this situation, even if the standards
are silent on the issue.

SASL is probably a better answer.
