One must suffer through problems in order to gain advances *shrug*

Is there anything we can do, those of us that can reproduce the problem,
to help narrow down where the problem is?  Nothing shows up in the log
files, is there somewhere that you suspect the problem to be occurring,
that we could add debugging to or something?
