Cnfsstat reports wrong cycbuff size

I'm sorry about the delay in responding to this message; I wasn't sure if
you'd ever received a response.

I seem to recall that there were various bugs in cnfsstat that were fixed
for INN 2.3.1; if you're still having this problem, does trying the
cnfsstat that comes with INN 2.3.1 fix this problem?
