Problems with feeding a 2.2.2 innd server from a 2.3.0 innd server

Hi,

I am running innd 2.3.0 and I am tryiing to feed another server using 2.2.1
version of the code.

The 2.3.0 server is using innfeed to feed the other server.

This is the content of the incoming.conf file

streaming:                        true
max-connections:           8
peer ME {
  hostname:                      "localhost, 127.0.0.1"
}
peer research {
   hostname:                     "discuss.research.ibm.com, 9.2.102.28"
}

In his news.notice file

It says nnprpd[11955]: myservername connect

In my file it says

innfeed[ ] pandya:0 connected
innfeed[ ] remote MODE Stream failed

I get a innfeed-dropped file in the innfeed directory and eventually, my
news.notice file tries to offer the articles again which does not display
in his news.notice file.

What do you think couild be the problem here?
