history.done vs history.n.done

I just upgraded my news server to the 10/12/2001 version of inn. This was
not the stable release, but the current cvs version. However, I ran into
a problem with expire.

It appears that news.daily expects a history.n.done file to be created, but
expire seems to be createing a history.done file. Has anyone else seen this?
