Kerberos v5 authentication in ckpasswd or separate?

Hm.  I could require --with-kerberos be given in order to link against the
Kerberos libraries, I suppose.  That would likely work; it's the opposite
of what we did with PAM, but a lot more people use PAM than use Kerberos.
